For Unopened and Unused merchandise, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy Window from the original ship date.

(20% Restocking Fees May Apply)

Note: All returns deemed to be buyer remorse and not related to shipping damage or a warehouse shipping error are assessed our standard 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping is the generally the responsibility of the buyer unless deemed otherwise by ZT’s Auto & Truck Accessories

• Buyer must contact ZT’s Auto & Truck Accessories before returning any merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent back without authorization.
• For items that have been opened or installed: only the manufacturer’s warranty applies, no refund or return is allowed.
• If you send back an open, installed, or damaged item it will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for shipping the item back to you.
• For purchases older than 30 days, ZT’s Auto & Truck Accessories will determine if the return will be allowed and a restocking fee of up to 50% can be applied.
• We are unable to refund any processing fees when we cancel or refund your order. The original processing fees will be withheld from your refund.
• No Returns are allowed on Special Order Parts, Tools, and Fuel Components.
